Enjoying Japanese cuisine is one of the highlights of staying at Ryokan in Japan. We provide two very attractive dining halls where we serve dinner and breakfast. The interior design of the dining rooms are in impeccable Japanese styled interiors. Not all is in complete strict, formal Japanese etiquette, we provide western style tables so you can relax and stretch your legs and enjoy your dining.
The menu selections for both breakfast and dinner menu are prearranged for you. In all of our dishes, our experienced chef uses only the freshest foods and the most selective ingredients, that change seasonally.
Although our Ryokan is located in a mountainous area, fresh seafood is delivered from the Setouchi Sea and Nihon Sea within hours, everyday. It is always a pleasure to enjoy fresh, seasonal foods. We try to express the seasonal beauty of nature in Japan in every one of our dishes.
